Our expo day is being held at Springbank Gardens at the Wonderland Complex on Wonderland Road between Springbank Drive and Riverside Drive. Some may remember it at the location of the Guy Lombardo Museum. It is NOT at Springbank Park.
The following outlines the areas at Springbank Gardens and how the parts of the event will be organized. Some photos are still to come.
ASSISTANCE REQUESTS: These will be noted in red bold text. If you are able to assist with any of these areas please contact us ASAP. The success of the event is dependent upon the assistance of our community. This is YOUR event!
Sponsorship
As with all events, sponsorship is welcome. Please let us know if you can sponsor our event (contact form below). See our sponsor list on the event page.

Pavilion and Stage
The pavilion is also the open seating area for the stage. The pavilion has overhanging covering which will enable activities to continue if there is light rain.
The stage is sheltered and has electrical available.
There will be audio equipment available for sessions. Facilitators: If you have specific requirements please let us know.
There is electrical available in the pillars across the pavilion.
Chairs will be available for people who wish to participate/enjoy sessions but require seating. These may be limited in number. People are welcome to bring folding lawn chairs.
Grass Area
This space will be used for sessions through the day.
Free Play Area
This area will have fun activities for all ages – hoola hoops, bubbles, mega blocks, etc.
Concession
Facilities are available for us to sell food and beverages.
We can also use the open window for smoothy, juicing and healthy food presentations.
Vendor Area
We will have a few vendors that have offerings that fit our theme for the day. These vendors will be located just to the left of the stage.
There will also be a table for the Nathan T. Deslippe Memorial Fund and other organizations such as the Canadian Mental Health Association that have information available to share.
Water Station
A water station will be available for those that bring a water bottle and wish to refill.
Donations
We will be accepting donations throughout the event for the Nathan T. Deslippe Memorial Fund. In memory of Nathan we will have his signature green and orange sunglasses available for a donation.
REQUIRED: Someone to order the sunglasses and distribute to volunteers to share with participants.
Volunteers
