Aikido unites the elements of self defence, physical fitness and nonviolent philosophy into modern martial art. It involves mental training as well as physical, emphasizing the ability to relax mind and body even under stress. As skills develop, so will health, confidence and sense of accomplishment. Discipline that comes from within will change how you see yourself in relation to other people.

Conversations Never Had by Breath in Mvmt

We are a group of people who get together because we feel it’s important to tell these stories, and to do so through dance. We are not uniform, we do not blend in. We are imperfect; we are raw, bold, and unapologetic about what we have to say and how we say it. We are here to light fires from the inside of our audiences and make some people feel their own passion for life through our movement.

…For when we lose people and don’t have the chance – for when we are misunderstood or unheard – our words can be so lost on you, so let us express through movement…

Pam Genge – Yoga

This yoga session is special to us as Pam worked with Nathan as a yoga instructor.

The class will be a journey inspired by the beautiful souls that show up on their mat. Through this journey we will explore the earth elements of grounding and strength. The asanas will focus on stability and strength, both physical and emotional. The foundation and rootedness that will develop through the practice will serve not only on the mat but will be translated into grounding and strength off the mat.
